    HOW IT WORKS

    All Courses are online. We don't have video courses. All lessons take place in the virtual classroom. You will learn new things every day with the lecturer and practice what you have learned with mentors. There is a lot of practical work. If required, you can even get personal mentoring hours.

    You will join other like-minded participants on a variety learn from tools, exchange ideas and network.

    You feel like you are among sisters. All share a similar background but also similar visions and perspectives.

    The academy management does everything possible to ensure that no one is left behind and can achieve their learning goals.

    What should you do beforehand?

    1. It is best to register with us and at the same time with the authorities that can issue you with an education voucher.

    2. Find out more about our offer and ask whether you can basically apply for an education voucher.

    3. You then go through a three-stage discussion in which we want to get to know your interests, wishes, goals and your previous career, develop a career plan and

    4. check your technical requirements (computer, network connection, etc.).

    Alternatively, you can also participate without an education voucher.


    Daily live-learning sessions

    • Working days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for full day program and 9:00 am to 12:30 pm for half day program. We will offer evening / weekend practice sessions on demand.

    • 50% knowledge acquisition and 50% practice units
    • Sufficient breaks
    • Mentors are available around the clock (!) for questions outside of our office hours
    Practical Projects
    • Depending on the level of competence and other preferences, we offer projects in which what has been learned can be put into practice
    • At the end of the program the participants have at least 2 projects in their portfolio
    Certificate

    At the end there is a certificate of participation from the Women AI Academy, which you can use to apply at any time.
